Her Lumbar Curve- From 29 to 12

MY CURVES:

Warm ups

Here's Caitlin on the 'wobble chair' working soooooooo hard. ;-)
The 'wobble chair' is... a wobbly chair, which helps you get loosened up before moving on to the machines.

Here is a picture of me doing the "Neck stretcher outer thingy" :-)
This, also, is an exercise done before the machines.
I hope you enjoyed this little "sneak peak"
of our Scoliosis Journey!

Tuesday Updates

Well, both Cati and I went to Dr. Fuh's today, and we got x-rays taken. The results will be given on Thursday, though, because their x-ray developer was broken.
I found out the name of the device I'm going to be using!
"The S.L.A.W."   :-)
It stands for "SHOULDER LIGAMENT ARM WEIGHT." I should be starting to wear it morning/ night starting next week, after Dr. Fuh talks with Brian, who is a CLEAR Institute S.L.A.W. specialist.
That's all the news from today, besides he thinks we're coming along just great. Yeah! :D
Have a great week, and we'll be sure to tell you about Thursday's report.
Thanks again!

A new favorite verse:
Psalms 34:19 - When His people pray for help, He listens and rescues them from their troubles.

News

Just this morning both Caitlin and I were at Dr. Fuh. He came to us saying that he got new equipment in!  Caitlin and I listened to him go on, saying he got a new machine called the "Rib Hump Killer." Very professional. :) But from what Dr. Fuh said, it may extend our 'day to day' hours up to 30 min. more, but in the long run, this  devise will help us alot. Very encouraging!
Next week, on Tuesday, Caitlin and I will get x-rays taken, and sort-of get a "progress report." I'm excited to see how far we've come since mid- September. I hope we've come far!
Other news I found out today, was that next week instead of doing weights morning and night, I will be doing another devise! It's long and rectangular, and I'd have one end underneath an arm, and the other having weights on it. Why the change of equipment? Well, Dr. Fuh was working on my lumbar curve before with the weights, and now is moving on to my thoracic curve with a device I'm not sure of the name at this moment. :)  I'll be sure to keep you posted, and I'll find out the name of that devise next Tuesday!
Thanks,
Caroline
